THIS TGA FILE MUST BE 24 BIT AND HAVE NO TRANSPARENCY!<br /> Put your new .tga file in the same folder as GCBanner.exe.<br /> Then open cmd.exe, cd over to the folder, and run this code (where filename1 is the .tga filename and filename2 is the name of the new .bnr file you&#039;ll create):<br /> <br /> GCBanner.exe b [filename2].bnr [filename1].tga<br /> <br /> Once you do that, change the name of your new .bnr file to opening.bnr and replace it in the root folder.<br /> Recompile the root folder to a .iso with GCR and you&#039;re good to go.<br /> Some closing notes:<br /> The filenames can&#039;t have spaces in them.
